Full Design Project

A complete solution — from the first idea to full completion. Includes: Detailed technical brief On-site measurements and analysis of structural features, utilities and potential constraints Selection of colours, materials, furniture and mood elements to define the overall direction Photorealistic visualisations of key areas, reflecting light, textures and atmosphere Full set of interior construction drawings with specifications for builders and contractors If required, you may also order author’s supervision and procurement services. This ensures the project is implemented with maximum precision, supported by us at every stage of the fit-out or renovation. Price: €50/m² (minimum 50 m²)

Technical Mini-Project

Detailed interior drawings and specifications for implementation. Includes: Technical brief On-site measurements Moodboard: visual direction for style, colours and materials Layout solutions (two options) with final refinement Set of basic drawings: demolition, installation, furniture, electrical, lighting, plumbing and finishing scheme Price: €25/m² (minimum 40 m²)

Decorating

Styling and redesign of existing interiors, selection of accessories and textiles — the finishing touches that bring life, style and a refined atmosphere to a space. Includes: Styling and zoning of the space Selection of finishing materials and sanitary ware Interior collages Furniture and décor procurement, including curtains, rugs, textiles, cushions and decorative plants Storage organisation (plans for wardrobe interiors and storage solutions) Price: €30/m² (minimum 40 m²)

Services on Request

For situations where a full project is not required but professional support is essential. You can choose only what you truly need: a consultation, an express solution for a specific space, author’s supervision or assistance with procurement. Consultation on Materials and Furniture We help you define finishing, furniture and style solutions. Price: €60/hour, on-site visit €50 (optional) *If you order a project after the consultation, its cost will be deducted from the total price. Express Design for a Kitchen or Sauna We help you select finishes, furniture and style solutions. An outline plan and visualisation are provided. Price: €295 Author’s Supervision Ensuring that fit-out or renovation works comply with the design project: site visits, coordination with builders and contractors, and making prompt adjustments if required. A detailed report of completed tasks is provided. Price: €550/month, with payment paused during inactive months Project Procurement Selection of suppliers, coordination and organisation of purchases, monitoring of furniture, finishes, sanitary ware and lighting deliveries. Alternatives are offered if needed. A detailed report of completed tasks is provided. Price: €400/month, with payment paused during inactive months

How long does it take to develop a project?
The timeline depends on the scale and complexity. On average, it takes 2–6 weeks. Smaller projects, such as a kitchen, can be developed within a week. A complete interior design project for a house or apartment requires more time, as we consider every detail to ensure the result is both functional and aesthetically refined.
Is it possible to start a renovation or fit-out without a completed project?
We do not recommend beginning any interior fit-out or renovation without a clear plan. A project is not just a set of images, but detailed documentation that helps avoid mistakes, unnecessary expenses and misunderstandings with contractors. A completed project is your guarantee that everything will be done correctly the first time.
Do we sign a contract for the design project?
Yes. We sign a contract that clearly outlines all stages, timelines, scope of work and costs. This protects the interests of both parties, prevents misunderstandings during the process and defines responsibilities with precision. This way, you always know who is responsible for what, and within what timeframe.
How does payment work?
Payment is divided into stages. Typically, this involves an advance before work begins and subsequent payments as the project progresses. All terms are discussed in advance and specified in the contract to ensure transparency and clarity.
Can you take on a project if a renovation or new-build fit-out has already begun?
Yes. However, it is important to assess the situation quickly: what work has already been completed, what can still be adjusted and what materials have been ordered. We take on such projects only if there is still room for solutions and an opportunity to improve the outcome, whether it is a renovation or a fit-out of a new property.
Is it possible to order a project remotely?
Yes. We also work online: we discuss tasks via video call, receive measurements from you or local surveyors, and send visualisations, plans and selections by email or messenger. Modern technologies allow us to collaborate with clients worldwide, comfortably and efficiently.
Is author’s supervision mandatory?
No, it is not mandatory, but we strongly recommend it, especially for complex projects. Author’s supervision ensures everything is implemented exactly as intended, from the placement of electrical outlets to the laying of tiles. This saves you stress, time and money throughout the entire fit-out or renovation process.
